Client Description:

We recruit for one of our clients, an Administrative Assistant FR/EN.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and open the doors to visitors and suppliers
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mails & phone calls (answer, filter, transfer etc...)
  • Manage and maintain office and kitchen supplies inventory
  • Support general office and administrative duties
  • Make sure filing systems are maintained & ensure effective and accurate filing documents for easy access and retrieval 
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment 
  • Assist other colleagues in their daily tasks



Candidate Profile:

  • You have at least four years of experience as an assistant or secretary
  • You have a good understanding of the legal sector and you are highly organised 
  • You speak English and French fluently 
  • You are proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • You are a flexible & efficient person who can take initiative and be autonomous

This position is a temp to permanent contract.
