Client Description:

For one of our clients, located in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Administrative assistant.



Responsibilities:

  • You will work for one or more partners/counsel as well as for the team associates,
  • You will be part of a team of administrative assistants of 2 to 6 people,
  • You will prepare and/or modify various documents based on handwritten or dictated notes and ensure their formatting,
  • You will be involved in various internal procedures (customer identification, opening a file, etc.),
  • You will maintain the customer contact database,
  • You will be in charge of numerous administrative tasks such as filing and scanning documents, sending letters, taking phone messages, booking rooms, organizing meetings and occasionally, organizing trips.


Candidate Profile:

  • You show great discretion when handling confidential information,
  • You combine rigor and organizational skills,
  • You are motivated, dynamic and proactive,
  • You are a team player,
  • You are able to work under pressure,
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English. German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset,
  • You are familiar with basic office tools (Windows, Office, etc.).
