Administrative assistant in a multicultural environment

We recruit for one of our clients, an Administrative Assistant.

Your responsibilities
  • Planning and organization of various events, meetings, receptions
  • Manage the Vice-President’s agenda so as to optimise time allocation
  • Coordinate arrangements for appointments and resolve conflicting demands
  • Handling the numerous internal and external contacts and supporting the Vice-President’s office on confidential issues
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely preparation and review of the files for the Management Committee, the Board of Directors
  • Managing correspondence, preparing replies and/or ensure appropriate follow-up and meeting deadlines
  • Drafting/finalizing correspondence on request
  • Organizing and managing the filing system as well as ensuring data quality
  • Handling other administrative tasks in cooperation with the other assistant
  • Ensure back-up for the other assistant whenever needed
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality on all internal and external matters
Your profile
  • Secondary level education in a relevant field (secretarial studies, business administration)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of the Bank’s standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
  • Excellent command of English both oral and written
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Very good organisational skills
  • Rigorous and able to meet deadlines and priorities
