Your responsibilities Planning and organization of various events, meetings, receptions Manage the Vice-President’s agenda so as to optimise time allocation Coordinate arrangements for appointments and resolve conflicting demands Handling the numerous internal and external contacts and supporting the Vice-President’s office on confidential issues Responsible for ensuring the timely preparation and review of the files for the Management Committee, the Board of Directors Managing correspondence, preparing replies and/or ensure appropriate follow-up and meeting deadlines Drafting/finalizing correspondence on request Organizing and managing the filing system as well as ensuring data quality Handling other administrative tasks in cooperation with the other assistant Ensure back-up for the other assistant whenever needed Maintain a high level of confidentiality on all internal and external matters Your profile Secondary level education in a relevant field (secretarial studies, business administration) At least 2 years of professional experience Good knowledge of the Bank’s standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) Excellent command of English both oral and written Strong sense of responsibility and initiative Very good organisational skills Rigorous and able to meet deadlines and priorities You are immediately available.
