Administrative & Marketing Assistant EN FR DE

We recruit for one of our clients, an Administrative & Marketing Assistant.

Your responsibilities
  • Document management : intake, archiving and version management for all functions
  • Scanning of mail (invoices, etc…)
  • CRM (Odoo) data quality management, user guide management & provide training for new employees
  • Provide back office support for the sales team
  • Coordination with external payroll service provider & employee vacation planning
  • Marketing content editing (brochures, presentations, webinars, photos, etc…)
  • Manage digital marketing updates (website, Linkedin, …)
  • Organisation of events (Team lunch, conferences, exhibitions, …)
Your profile
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French and German
  • Educational background : Bac +3 or equivalent
  • Innate curiosity and open to continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Exceptional organizational & interpersonal skills
  • Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications

This position is a temporary work assignment with possibility to be hired on permanent contract.
