Administrative/Logistics Assistants DE/EN/FR

We recruit 2 Administrative Assistants for the logistics and packaging departments of one of our clients (industry company)

Your responsibilities
  • Manage export documents and other logistics-related documentation
  • Handle phone calls
  • Provide administrative support
  • Ensure the reception and information for drivers
  • Assist for the factory regarding the packaging order management
  • Provide a follow-up on the client’s expectations in terms of packaging
  • Collaborate with the quality department
  • Ensure the invoicing follow-up
  • Handle various documentation checks
  • Maintain and enter data into the system
  • Work on Excel spreadsheets for various reports
Your profile
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar field of studies
  • You have an administrative support experience (at least 2-3 years)
  • You are fluent in English, German and French 
  • You are able to work in autonomy and within a team
  • You are organized and accurate in your work
  • You demonstrate adaptability 
  • You are available to start immediately

This position is a several-month temporary work assignmen, with a possibility of permanent hiring after this.
