Client Description:

Our client, a prestigious asset manager based in Senningerberg (close to the airport), is looking for an Assistant Office Manager for a 6-9 months duration contract.


Responsibilities:

  • In pair with the Office Manager, you have a general oversight of the office, including answering main office phone line and sorting out incoming mails. 
  • You perform a variety of administrative support tasks that are confidential and sensitive to support the Executive and the team.
  • You take care of travel arrangements, and deal with external suppliers when required.
  • You are involved in internal projects.


Candidate Profile:

  • You have relevant experience assisting or running an office for an Asset Manager or investment Funds.
  • You have strong communication skills (written and verbal) as well as telephone and listening skills
  • You are well organised, approachable, discreet and able to work with documents of a confidential nature
  • You have a High school diploma
  • You speak fluent English
