Billing Assistant

We recruit for one of our clients, for a 6 week-temporary contract (sickness replacement) a billing assistant

Your responsibilities
  • Assisting in various billing and accounting tasks

  • Within a team of 3 people and under supervision of the Head of Billing you will be in charge of :

  • Billing invoices
  • Checking and providing statement of accounts to clients
  • Checking all statements of accounts from supplier/agents for accuracy
  • Encoding supplier/agent invoices in the system in a timely manner
  • Assisting with other general activities within the accounting team
Your profile
  • A 1 to 3-year experience within an accounting or billing team, in an international environment
  • Easy to communicate with and diplomat
  • Professional command of English, French is a plus
  • Holder of a BTS degree or equivalent in the field of accounting or finance
  • Experience in working with an accounting system
  • Good organisational skills, with a meticulous attitude to work
  • Ability to work in a small team, and under own initiative

This position is a 6-week-temporary work assignment
