Back to search results Customer Service Employee EN Employment Type Full Time Contract Type Temporary contract Category Sales & Marketing - Sales Assistant External Reference SPO-20005892-32868 We recruit a Customer Service Employee/Sales Coordinator for one of our clients Your responsibilities Order to Cash process coordination:- order input and follow up- pro-active communication to customer - coordination of deliveries with Logistic provider- Invoicing process Managing complaints International client service (administration, certificates handling, custom processes awareness) Internal analytical report and activities to coordinate department success and process (e.g. master data management, analysis of Sales…) Supporting the logistics coordination of internal events and projects: co-packing activities, special shipment… Product management and adaptation Supply contact for Luxembourg local business towards agent (supply of goods) and customers (order to cash follow up, invoicing) Ad hoc duties and departments projects assistance where required Assist in administrative work Your profile Bachelor degree in international trade or logistics/supply chain management or similar Work experience (sales support, customer service, logistics assistant...) of at least 2-3 years in international business in FMCG and food sector Good numerical and analytical skills, attention to details Understand needs of the department and commit to projects to improve efficiency Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Reliable, pro-active, ability to multi-task, Constant professional attitude towards challenge Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Languages: English business fluent, German is considered as an asset MS-Office: proficient in Excel: Pivot analysis, top 10 work-formulas and features.
