Client Description:

Would you like to deploy your expertise in a young, energetic, fast paced family? We are looking for one of our client is looking to recruit a Data Input Officer.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the team
  • Keep our database up to date in order to process all client related information (creation of new companies, ID documents, contracts) registration of official documentation (notary deeds) and documents filed at the Commercial Registry (annual accounts, appointment and resignation of directors, transfer of seat, dissolution of companies, …)
  • Ensure that all client related information has been placed in the system correctly
  • Centralize client acceptance processes
  • Provide reporting to Senior Management upon request (i.e. companies domiciled oversees, Directors’ mandates, RCS number, …)
  • When required, assist with internal and external requests by providing necessary documentation to the operational teams
  • Record the working hours/client in the time billing system according to the objectives set
  • Have an understanding of the various services that we provide

 

As Data Input Officer, we expect you to uphold a high level of autonomy in your administrative tasks. We also expect you to make suggestions concerning the content of the client data recording as well as the processes set in place to store and monitor such information.

This opportunity is a TEMP contract to be filled immediately.


  • High school diploma and/or secretarial/administrative experience
  • You are coming from an Asset Manager or you have worked as a Corporate Officer or in Domiciliation
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform the job with a methodical approach
  • Proactive and flexible with a client service orientated attitude
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks requested at the same time
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently and as a member of a team
