We recruit for one of our clients, a Event/Administrative Support.

Your responsibilities
  • Webshop management
  • Orders forecast and management
  • Advertising creation
  • Social media handling (reporting, editorial plan creation)
  • Event management
  • Webinar administration and support
  • Coordination of exhibition stands
  • Contract processing
  • Budget controlling
Your profile
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in event and webshop management
  • You have strong knowledge in social media
  • You are autonomous, service-oriented and dynamic
  • You are fluent in German and English

 

This position is a 6-months temporary work assignment
