Your responsibilities: Coordinate, further develop and implement the communication strategy within the framework of the overall communication strategy; Provide communications advice and support to the members; Facilitate and support the writing of articles ; Draft, copy-edit and post clear, compelling and relevant content in internal and external communication (internal newsletter, press release, social media, website); Create and edit publications such as various reports, research brochures and other marketing material in English; Prepare presentations and organisational announcement; Establish and maintain press activities; Coordinate the organization of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives; Perform any assigned administrative tasks relating to events; Discuss problems, solutions, tasks and decisions with COO; Forecast budgets and ensure adherence; Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur; Respond to public inquiries; Analyse the event’s success and prepare reports. Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, marketing, event manangement or relevant field At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in same position Familiar with the use of content management systems, Microsoft Office and social media Detail-oriented and can work both independently and as part of a team You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills You have proven time management skills demonstrated by ability to work effectively under pressure, to prioritize and to deliver to tight deadlines Fluent in English. French, German and Luxembourgish are considered as an asset This position is a 6 months temporary work assignment. Interested?
