HR & Administrative Assistant

We recruit for one of our clients, an HR and Administrative Assistant. 

Your responsibilities
  • Being the point of contact when employees are on external missions
  • Medical checks and advise the coordination 
  • Invoices control and payment processing 
  • Administrative support (files management) 
Your profile
  • Secondary level education, completed with a 2 year certification in a relevant field (e.g. human resources or business management)
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, of which some acquired in an administrative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills and a good command of French language. Knowledge of other EU languages would be
    considered as an advantage.

This position is a temporary contract.
