We recruit for one of our clients, an investment company, a HR Advisor

Your responsibilities

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Data & Reporting

  • Complete payroll preparation for Luxembourg and branches.
  • Control and close the payroll;
  • Deal with complex payroll structures;
  • Understand deferred awards and reporting obligations ;
  • Co-ordination of annual interest subsidy process including validation of taxation status
  • Administration of benefits (pension, health insurance and luncheon vouchers)
  • Support in the annual compensation review process;
  • Produce HR monthly report and KPI as well as reports for local administration (STATEC, CSSF..);
  • Reporting to CNS and subsequent reconciliation of reimbursement from mutuality for sickness absence;
Your profile
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position with an overview of taxation,
  • Great knowledge in social security and employment law in Luxembourg;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. German will be considered as an asset.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word and interest in new software and reporting eg. tableau
