The HR Solutions department offers different types of HR services for our clients:

-  Career Coaching/Outplacement

-  Assessment & Testing

-  Training

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work and support the HR solutions team with their different tasks.

  • Accueil téléphonique & physique
  • Gestion du courrier : réception (lettres et colis), tri et scanne
  • Réservation des salles de réunion.
  • Réception des commandes.
  • Superviser le catering (commande et réception).
  • Gestion des accès.
Your profile
  • Conduct pre-interviews, welcome sessions and Linkedin coachings
  • Preparation of the planning of our seminars
  • Registration of participants, sending confirmations to participants and follow-up of the different programmes
  • Point of communication with the coaches
  • Job Connexion “: develop a tool/idea to connect people in career transition to meaningful positions or companies.
Assessment & Testing: 
  • Participation in Assessment and Development centers
  • Preparation of competency frameworks
  • Submission of questionnaires (personality, reasoning, satisfaction, etc.)
  • Registration of participants to diverse trainings
  • Development of training material
  • Participation in skills development projects

During the internship, the intern will also have the opportunity to participate in some of our activities. This will depend on the projects in progress as well as the nature of the activity. For instance, the trainee can attend:

  • Several of our seminars
  • Individual interviews after the person's agreement
Your profile: 
  • Native French speaker and excellent command of English (C1-C2). Fluency in German will be considered an asset.
  • Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources or Psychology or any type of related study.
  • Understanding of skills developments and evaluation will be a definite asset
  • Autonomous, well-organized and structured, rigorous, creative
  • Dynamic and energetic
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • Adaptability and flexibility

The workplace is in Luxembourg City, 2A rue d'Anvers, L-1130 Luxembourg.
