Client Description:

We are recruiting for one of our clients, a candidate capable of holding the position of HR Coordinator. As part of our client's development, we are looking for a person with the ability to develop and follow HR processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with personnel planning, in the setting up, organization and evolution of all centers
  • Assist the teams in managing the staffing needs of the different centers.
  • Adjust the availability of reservists to the need by recruiting personnel or proposing alternative means to meet the need.  
  • Ensure a weekly reporting of the crisis cell 
  • Design and validate a collection of indicators related to personnel planning with clear definitions of their method of identification and measurement/calculation to manage the organization 
  • Monitor these indicators (in the form of dashboards) to facilitate decision-making;
  • Control the quality of HR management data in line with the objectives and in collaboration with the data manager;
  • Provide ideas for improvement and make recommendations;


Candidate Profile:

A minimum of 3 years experience in HR.

You will need to be fluent in English, given the strong international context.
