We are recruiting  a candidate capable of working as an invoicing assistant

  • Your mission

Support the team in all administrative tasks
Follow-up, execution and encoding of invoicing
Follow-up of expense reports
Follow-up with clients
Updating and monitoring customer data
Creation and layout of documents
Depending on your skills, you may be assigned to various administrative tasks later on.

  • Your profile

You have 2 to 4 years experience in a similar position: ideally in the financial sector or law firm.
You have a degree in secretarial skills or languages.
You are fluent in English.
You are familiar with Microsoft Office software.
You are organised, rigorous and a team player.
This is a permanent employment contract.

It is a temporary contract with possibility of employment.
