Junior HR and Administrative Assistant for a European Institution

We recruit for one of our clients, a European Institution, a Junior HR Assistant.

Your responsibilities
  • In the context of the organisation’s recruitment process, you will prepare relevant documents for the HR Officers, administer technical tests etc.;
  • Provide logistical support: booking meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments and requesting relevant security accesses for outside visitors;
  • Escort candidates on the day of in-house interviews;
  • Prepare reimbursement related candidate expenses;
  • Administer invoices for temporary workers;
  • Ensure timely archiving (both physical and electronic) for the Unit;
  • Set-up and organise internal meetings/presentations for the Unit as appropriate:
  • Provide additional support/back-up of team assistants as and when required.
Your profile
  • Certificate/Diploma of complementary studies (1 year or more) (e.g. secretarial studies, etc.) would be an advantage;
  • Initial professional experience (internship) in the HR/legal/administrative support domain would be a plus;
  • Good knowledge of standard computer tools and MS Office tools;
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong sense of discretion and high commitment to confidentiality;
  • Flexibility and capacity to adapt to an environment of constant change;
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills paired with a strong sense of customer orientation;
  • Attention to detail and ability for multi-tasking;
  • Strong team spirit

This position is a several-month temporary work assignment based in Kirchberg.
