Responsibilities:

Within the department in charge of new vehicle deliveries, your role is decisive for the quality of the services guaranteed to our customers and their satisfaction. In constant interaction with other departments, our suppliers and our customers, you report to the Delivery Supervisor.


The main tasks of this function are :


  • Issuing orders for new vehicles and accessories, transmitting them to suppliers and confirming orders to customers
  • Follow-up on delivery times; proactively inform customers and suppliers
  • Managing administrative procedures for vehicle registration in collaboration with our suppliers, local and foreign partners (plate transfer, special plate, holder, etc.)
  • Mandate subcontractors (anti-theft, winter tires, transport, accessories, ...) and verify the proper execution of actions
  • Plan each delivery between the customer and the supplier. It is a question of juggling the schedules of the customer, the supplier and ALD if the customer also returns a vehicle that has reached the end of the contract.
  • Collaborate continuously with all departments in order to best meet our customers' expectations
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and communication with customers.


Candidate Profile:

  • Listening to your customers, sensitive to the quality of the service and the work done
  • Organized and rigorous, you master the art of communication
  • Always in a good mood, unexpected events spice up your daily life
  • You have a higher education (Baccalaureate +2/+3) or you can justify a solid experience in relation with the function
  • Fluency in French, German and English, with Luxembourgish considered an asset
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a new work environment
  • You are interested in the automotive sector
  • Good command of IT tools, Microsoft applications, you are quickly at ease with applications specific to the business
