We recruit for one of our clients an Executive Assistant.


  • Telephone and physical reception
  • Organisation of manager's agenda
  • Prepare and handle correspondence
  • Make PowerPoint presentations
  • Arrange bookings of flights, hotels and rental cars
  • Administratives tasks like scanning, copying and filing documents
  • Eventually take care of ad hoc tasks

Candidate Profile:

  • You have a Bachelor Office Management diploma or similar by experience
  • You speak English and French fluently and the knowledge of other languages is an asset
  • Ideally, you have experience in the industry field
  • You have an excellent level in MS Office
  • You work accurately and are resistant to stress
  • You are a sociable, trusted and flexible person.

This position is a permanent contract.
