Your responsibilities Assisting the Corporate Governance/ Legal & Tax team with collecting signatures and execution of contracts, board minutes, shareholder resolutions, tax related documentations, delegations of powers; Handling of soft and hard copies of all corporate documentation, storing it in line with the naming convention in the physical company files and electronically in ViewPoint; Keeping the companies records up to date in in Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés and Registre des bénéficiaires effectifs as instructed by the associates/senior associates of the team; Assisting the legal team with liaising with Directors and document execution;Standard secretarial work including document production (correspondence, proxies, simple corporate documents, formatting of memos etc.); Proactively contribute to the team success by actively seeking to improve working processes; Assisting associates/senior associates when preparing for periodic board meetings, convening the meetings; Handling the mail and all internal and external legal correspondence; Handling KYC requests, completing bank forms; Distributing and filling legal documents; Assisting associates/senior associates in relation to all legal documents produced by the team. Your profile Mandatory experience of at least 1 - 3 years in a Luxembourg law firm or in a similar working environment (internships are considered) Fluent English, French required, any other language is a plus; Experience with legal terminology and documentation; Good proofreading and writing skills; Excellent attention to detail; Reliable, well organized, not afraid to take initiatives; Multitasking, ability to work under time pressure; Very good communication skills and good team spirit; Respect for confidentiality; Perfect knowledge of Outlook and Word, Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Previous experience with a document management system is a plus; Dynamic, supportive and easy to work with; Team players with willingness to learn new things.
