Payroll Analyst

We recruit for one of our clients, a Payroll Analyst.

Your responsibilities
  • You are in charge of payroll for Luxembourg (inputs, controls, reconciliation, reporting, payments, etc.), including handling of foreigner employees with special tax regimes or cross-border employees

  • Ensure 100% compliance with controllership team requirements and local legislation

  • Work towards reaching/exceeding the payroll goals (KPIs) established by senior leadership

  • Suggest process improvements, to implement new processes, and to ensure the expected process execution

  • Cooperate with the different payroll stakeholders (HR, HRS, Accounting, FOAA, payroll vendor, etc.)

  • Identify areas of improvements on day to day activities and processes

  • Have deep understanding of the gross to net calculation and to be able to identify the errors in the calculation

Your profile
  • Your are fluent in english, french is considerate as an asset
  • You have deep knowledge of LUX payroll and tax regulations
  • You have at least 2 years experience in Luxembourgish payroll
  • Your are proficient with excel
  • You have excellent analytical skills
  • You are able to work under tight deadlines
