Procurement Officer

We recruit for one of our clients, a Procurement Officer.

Your responsibilities
  • Provide procurement support all along the process
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of procedures
  • Create, review and validate requisitions
  • Validate authorisations and expense reports
  • Process and handle invoices 
  • Provide operational and administrative support for the main aspects of the Procure-To-Pay processes
  • Preparation and follow-up of contracts with service providers
  • Drafting of terms of references
  • Propose improvements and participate in the optimisation of working methods and processes
Your profile
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in procurement
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are detail and quality-oriented 
  • You are autonomous and can work within a team

This position is a temporary work assignment.
