Client Description:

We recruit for one of our clients, a Recruitment consultant.



Responsibilities:

  • Understanding recruitment needs
  • Defining job offers
  • Searching for candidates on a global scale (via job boards and social networks)
  • Managing advertisements (via job boards, social networks, partner schools)
  • Selecting relevant CVs among a large number of applications and conducting telephone pre-qualifications
  • Conducting recruitment interviews
  • Follow up candidates and their appointments throughout the process



Candidate Profile:

  • At least 4 years experience in recruitment
  • You will need to be fluent in English, given the strong international contex
  • You are oriented problem solving & are able to make decision
  • You are able to work within a team
  • Organisational skills, interpersonal skills and versatility are essential

This position is a Consulting assignment.
