We recruit a Sales Account Manager DE/FR for one of our clients.

The objective of the role is to develop the business while maintaining the existing customer relationship and increase the business by proposing the appropriate visibility and communication products and solutions.

Your responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers through prospecting actions (Field, telephone...).
  • Develop and retain customers by providing them with personalized service and advice.
  • Make product proposals and communication campaigns in accordance with the customer's needs.
  • Achieve the revenue and order objectives defined by the management.
  • Report on the activity in the CRM.
  • Follow up appropriately on customer terminations.
  • Renew terminated contracts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up
  • Communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Perform clear operational follow-up and adequate reporting to N+1 to reflect the activity managed.
Your profile
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of higher education or equivalent, with a commercial orientation.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a web company.
  • You are fluent in French and German. English and Luxembourgish are a real asset.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service.
  • You have knowledge of advertising and online media and an interest in the digital sector.
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg market is desirable.
  • You ideally have a passion for the automotive sector.
