Your responsibilities Develop key relationships Provide recommendations, assistance and communication to customers and other departments Actively promote company solutions and services Prospect new customers and identify new business opportunities (turnover, pricing, consumption) Support S&OP process with updated sales forecasts/inputs Support field sales upon request Generate customer quotations in line with customer requirements Coordinate creation and update of information in ERP system (master data, customer creation, complaints) Register and follow-up on orders, inventory availability, deliveries Generate monthly billing and follow up on inventory discrepancies Support accounting and sales department in dunning process Prepare and issue debit and credit note Your profile High School Diploma, BA or BS degree in Business or a related field preferred Fluency in English and fluency in German or Dutch. French is a strong asset. Min. 5 years of demonstrating excellent customer service in a similar role, preferably in a multinational industrial environment Good knowledge of SAP module SD/MM is a strong asset Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Understand business environment dynamics and enjoy daily interaction with customer Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as professional presentation Demonstrates high level of service, flexibility, and customer orientation Analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities Excellent organization and time management skills Thrive in a fast-phased changing environment This position is a permanent contract.
