Client Description:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with experience in consolidation for one of our client which is a renowned investor and strategic shareholder.


Responsibilities:

  • Standalone Accounts under Local GAAP (Holdco)
  • Consolidated Annual Reports and Semi-Annual Reports under IFRS.
  • Costs Analysis and reporting
  • Asset Evaluation
  • Review/reconciliation of reporting packages prepared by subsidiaries under IFRS and/or
  • Local GAAP.
  • Impact analysis of new transactions.
  • Monitoring compliance and troubleshooting of accounting issues.
  • Manage/support to manage reporting system.
  • Coordinate audit processes
  • Knowledge of tax matter appreciated but not mandatory


Candidate Profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in some of the identified areas/professional fields.
  • You are fluent in english ; any other European language will be considered as an asset.
