As part of our company's development, we are recruiting a Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Manager (M/F) for our Human Resources Department.


Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze and follow up on the various recruitment requests

Write and distribute offers on the job market

Carry out telephone and physical interviews to find the best profiles

Sourcing CV's and social networks

Drafting employment contracts, amendments and transfers

Support the department in the implementation of a new recruitment software

Promote the employer brand

Participate in the continuous improvement of the recruitment process

Participate in forums/shows and school relations


Candidate Profile:

Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences

A first experience of at least one year in a similar position

Fluency in French and German and/or Luxembourgish

Excellent command of MS Office software

Knowledge of labor law

Passionate about recruitment

Have a sense of responsibility

Marketing and communication skills

Ability to deal with unexpected events, enthusiastic and dynamic

Strong proposal skills

Results oriented, respecting deadlines and commitments

Carry out your duties with method, rigor and discretion
